As previously advised, Fletcher Building confirms that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fletcher Building Finance Limited, will change its name to Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective Friday 1 October 2010.
The four tranches of capital notes issued by Fletcher Building Industries will be known on the NZX as FBI040, FBI050, FBI060 and FBI070.
