The Division includes 26 extractive sites, over 80 manufacturing plants and other service centres across the country.
Winstone Aggregates (WA) has over 150 years experience in manufacturing and supplying aggregates. It operates 18 quarries nationally. Winstone Aggregates also includes Winstone Transport, which offers bulk transportation solutions nationwide.
Golden Bay (GBC) is over 100 years old and is NZ’s only manufacturer of cement. From the Portland manufacturing plant, GBC supplies a full suite of bagged and bulk cement products and operates seven service centres nationally.

Founded in 1923, Humes is one of the largest and longest serving infrastructure suppliers in New Zealand with 26 sales centres and seven manufacturing operations across the country. Along with manufacturing a range of premium pre-cast and concrete pipes, they are also experts in providing innovative technology and products to suit New Zealand’s different infrastructure needs. This includes roading, streetware, drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater management.
