Proud Southern Roots

Fletcher Building is proud of its southern heritage having begun in 1904 with the construction of a wooden villa in Dunedin that still stands today.

In Canterbury, we undertook our first project in Ashburton in 1920 and have had a permanent office in the region for more than 60 years.

Today, we build construction projects large and small and manufacture building materials including plasterboard, concrete and plastic pipes, aggregates and block.
