Fletcher Building advises that at a noteholders’ meeting held in Auckland today, noteholders passed an extraordinary resolution authorising the amendment of the trust deed and the transfer of Fletcher Building’s obligations, as issuer of its capital notes, to Fletcher Building Industries Limited.
