Fletcher Building Limited today announced that it has completed the purchase of the Eziform Sheet Metal business comprising a commercial flashings business in Brisbane, Australia.
The acquisition of Eziform Sheet Metal, with annual revenues of around $10 million, represents further progress in extending Stramit’s range of services in the important Queensland market. The Eziform business has a leading position in the commercial flashings market in South East Queensland. The existing senior management of the company will continue with the business.
