Fletcher Building advises that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has today provided clearance under section 50 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 in relation to a possible acquisition of Insulation Solutions Pty Limited, a subsidiary of Amatek Holdings Limited.
The application was sought as part of Fletcher Building's consideration of a possible acquisition of the Amatek group, discussions and due diligence of which are continuing.
