Fletcher Building was established in 2001 when Fletcher Challenge was dismantled and three companies were formed to focus on specific sectors.
Fletcher Building holds the businesses at the heart of the Fletcher tradition – the manufacture and distribution of building products and construction materials, and the construction of commercial, residential and infrastructure developments.
Since 2001, Fletcher Building has consolidated its position as a leading diversified building materials company.
